Now that the semester is already halfway over (how did that happen so fast???) it's time to reflect on my goals and activities for the semester.
First of all, I'm not much of an anime person so I still haven't found a second anime that I want to watch but instead I have been listening to some Japanese music. I found a band I like that does nice, soft, generally slow music. It's called コトリンゴ if anyone is interested in checking it out.
I've been doing better about studying vocab more frequently this semester, but I find it piles up right after breaks (so right now) and I'm still struggling with Kanji. That is something that I will just have to continue with every day.
I have found more opportunities to practice speaking Japanese this semester, and I was actually able to use it a bit when I was in Hong Kong for spring break. I would like to spend more time practicing speaking but Language table isn't an option for me due to scheduling conflicts. Someone told me recently that there are Japanese tutors available through Princeton (fellow students) so I may look into that as a way to practice.
